  • 0,5 l of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of crystal sugar
  • 2,5 tablespoons of semolina
  • cinnamon, cocoa, and melted butter (as much as you like) for the topping


  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the semolina and sugar.
  2. Put to boil.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Now it’s ready, add the cocoa and cinnamon and the melted butter.
