  • 1000g Philadelphia cheese
  • 500g cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 350g sugar
  • 30g flower


  1. Mix everything in a bowl and then put it in the oven for 180°C until it gets brownish color on the top.
  2. It is better if you put a baking paper in the baking mold before filling the mold with the ingredients.

I bake this cake always with my Spanish mom. It is a typical dish from the Basque country, where I live, and everyone likes it.
