Ingredients
- 1000g Philadelphia cheese
- 500g cream
- 5 eggs
- 350g sugar
- 30g flower
Directions
- Mix everything in a bowl and then put it in the oven for 180°C until it gets brownish color on the top.
- It is better if you put a baking paper in the baking mold before filling the mold with the ingredients.
I bake this cake always with my Spanish mom. It is a typical dish from the Basque country, where I live, and everyone likes it.
