My 5 months in\u00a0Gymn\u00e1zium Petra Bezru\u010de And I, had the time of my life\u2026<\/h3>\n

\u201eThe whole five months I spent in Czech Republic was beyond amazing. Even though this country was not on the top of my list, I\u2019m very glad that I ended up here. Also at the first place I was upset about going to the countryside instead of the capital area, I couldn\u2019t be more grateful for my placement.<\/p>\n

I have to admit that the Czech school system made me upset few times. Even though the system was not the best I\u2019ve seen, I enjoyed every day in this Gymnasium. In the end of the day it\u2019s not about the system anymore. It\u2019s not about anything else than the people around you. And let me tell you, in this school everyone, the students, the teachers and everyone between them\u2026 amazing. Everyone welcomed me with their open arms, and in no time I was already a part of 5A and a part of this school.<\/p>\n

The way to school was something new for me as well. Even though I needed to wake up two hours before the school started every day, I think I will miss traveling by train. And after school choir! Oh damn\u2026 I will definitely miss the jamming with friends!
\nI\u2019m more than happy that this school offered me (and other students) so cool trips! That is something I didn\u2019t expect. The canoeing course in Poland was indescribable. I would go there again and again. And again\u2026 Even though I was nervous about going there with a class from which I know only one student, I\u2019m more than glad that I went! Also our 5A class trip to P\u00e1lava was stunning. I will never forget the never ending wine gardens or the whole day hiking trip we did.<\/p>\n

And in the end I wanted to say something for everyone who is reading this. Get out from your comfort zone. It might sound like a clich\u00e9, but it is how you learn. It is how you grow. It is how you gain so much more than you could ever imagine. Go see other cultures, travel alone, get to know people who are not from your age, not from your ethnic group. Do things you would like to say no to. Do things ALONE, spend time with yourself, think about what you like and what you don\u2019t and don\u2019t let anyone\u2019s opinion effect to that, find yourself. Special thanks I would like to tell to missis Jurenkova, who was an amazing English and Czech teacher, tutor and a guide. I really appreciate all the effort you saw to make my stay here best possible. I also need to mention the class 5A. Best class I\u2019ve ever had! Thank you.

P\u0159elo\u017eeno z anglick\u00e9ho origin\u00e1lu:<\/em><\/p>\n

Cel\u00fdch p\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsem str\u00e1vila v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, bylo neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch. I kdy\u017e \u010cesko nebylo na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b m\u00e9ho seznamu preferovan\u00fdch destinac\u00ed, jsem \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1, \u017ee jsem skon\u010dila pr\u00e1v\u011b tady. Ze sv\u00e9ho um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed jsem byla v prvn\u00ed chv\u00edli roz\u010darovan\u00e1. P\u0159\u00e1la jsem si bydlet v hlavn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b a ne na venkov\u011b, ve v\u00fdsledku jsem si ale nemohla p\u0159\u00e1t lep\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsto.<\/p>\n

Mus\u00edm p\u0159iznat, \u017ee \u010desk\u00fd \u0161koln\u00ed syst\u00e9m m\u011b n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t roz\u010d\u00edlil. I kdy\u017e syst\u00e9m nebyl ten nejlep\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00fd jsem za\u017eila, u\u017eila jsem si ka\u017ed\u00fd den ve sv\u00e9 \u0161kole. Na konci dne u\u017e to nen\u00ed o syst\u00e9mu. Nen\u00ed to o ni\u010dem jin\u00e9m ne\u017e o lidech, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1s obklopuj\u00ed. A \u0159eknu v\u00e1m, v t\u00e9to \u0161kole v\u0161ichni \u2013 studenti, u\u010ditel\u00e9 a v\u0161ichni ostatn\u00ed… prost\u011b \u00fa\u017easn\u00ed. V\u0161ichni m\u011b p\u0159iv\u00edtali s otev\u0159enou n\u00e1ru\u010d\u00ed a v tu chv\u00edli jsem u\u017e nebyla jen sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed 5. A, ale sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00e9to \u0161koly.
\nCesta do \u0161koly pro m\u011b tak\u00e9 byla n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho. P\u0159esto\u017ee jsem ka\u017ed\u00fd den musela vst\u00e1vat dv\u011b hodiny p\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, mysl\u00edm, \u017ee cestov\u00e1n\u00ed vlakem mi bude chyb\u011bt. A po \u0161kole do sboru! Oh, zatracen\u011b… zp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159\u00e1teli mi bude po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b chyb\u011bt! Jsem nad\u0161en\u00e1 z toho, jak\u00e9 jsem s ostatn\u00edmi studenty mohla d\u00edky \u0161kole absolvovat v\u00fdlety. N\u011bco takov\u00e9ho jsem ne\u010dekala. Kurz kanoistiky v Polsku byl nepopsateln\u00fd. Hned bych si ho zopakovala\u2026 P\u0159esto\u017ee jsem byla zpo\u010d\u00e1tku nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, \u017ee na kurz jedu se t\u0159\u00eddou, ze kter\u00e9 zn\u00e1m jen jednoho studenta, jsem \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1, \u017ee jsem do toho \u0161la. Tak\u00e9 n\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdlet t\u0159\u00eddy 5.A na P\u00e1lavu byl ohromn\u00fd. Nikdy nezapomenu na nekone\u010dn\u00e9 vinice nebo celodenn\u00ed p\u011b\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdlet, kter\u00fd jsme podnikli.
\nA nakonec bych cht\u011bla n\u011bco vzk\u00e1zat ka\u017ed\u00e9mu, kdo tento \u010dl\u00e1nek \u010dte. Vyjd\u011bte ze sv\u00e9 komfortn\u00ed z\u00f3ny. M\u016f\u017ee to zn\u00edt jako kli\u0161\u00e9, ale jen tak se n\u011b\u010demu nau\u010d\u00edte. Jen tak se budete vyv\u00edjet. Je to zp\u016fsob, jak z\u00edskat mnohem v\u00edc, ne\u017e byste si dok\u00e1zali p\u0159edstavit. Nav\u0161tivte jin\u00e9 kultury, cestujte sami, seznamte se s lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed nejsou va\u0161imi vrstevn\u00edky, nejsou z va\u0161\u00ed etnick\u00e9 skupiny. D\u011blejte v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 byste cht\u011bli odm\u00edtnout. D\u011blejte v\u011bci SAMI, travte \u010das sami se sebou, p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lejte o tom, co m\u00e1te r\u00e1di a co nem\u00e1te, a nenechte se v tom nik\u00fdm ovlivnit, najd\u011bte sami sebe. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed bych r\u00e1da vyslovila pan\u00ed profesorce Jurenkov\u00e9, kter\u00e1 mi byla \u00fa\u017easnou u\u010ditelkou angli\u010dtiny a \u010de\u0161tiny, \u0161kolitelkou a pr\u016fvodkyn\u00ed. Opravdu oce\u0148uji ve\u0161ker\u00e9 jej\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vynalo\u017eila, abych se tu c\u00edtila co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejl\u00e9pe. Mus\u00edm tak\u00e9 zm\u00ednit t\u0159\u00eddu 5. A. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00edda, kterou jsem kdy m\u011bla!<\/p>\n
