  • 200g pork<\/li>\n
  • 3 potatoes<\/li>\n
  • 1 carrot<\/li>\n
  • 1 onion<\/li>\n
  • 200ml water<\/li>\n
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoons cooking sake<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoons sugar<\/li>\n
  • 2 tablespoons sweet cooking sake<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 teaspoon consomme (by preference, not necessary)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Directions<\/h3>\n

    1. Cut the potatoes and carrots into chunks.<\/li>\n
    2. Cut the onion into wedges and the pork into bite-sized pieces.<\/li>\n
    3. Place oil in a frying pan and fry the pork. Add vegetables to the mixture and fry further.<\/li>\n
    4. Add sugar, water and other seasonings. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes.<\/li>\n
    5. Check that the potatoes and carrots are cooked properly with chopsticks, fork, etc., and then finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
