Ingredients<\/h3>\n

The Dough:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 250 g of crushed butter biscuits
    \n125 g of melted butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Filling:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 200 ml of sweetened condensed milk<\/li>\n
    • 200 g of sour cream<\/li>\n
    • juice of 2 limes<\/li>\n
    • zest of 1 lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The Topping:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • whipping cream (or just whipping cream)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Directions<\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. Prepare a 22cm round tin and line with baking paper.<\/li>\n
        2. Crush all the butter biscuits and melt the butter.<\/li>\n
        3. Mix the butter and biscuits and ‘baste’ the bottom of the cheesecake.<\/li>\n
        4. Put in the oven at 170 degrees for 7 min (depending on the oven).<\/li>\n
        5. Let cool for an hour and a half.<\/li>\n
        6. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and pour into the cake tin.<\/li>\n
        7. Bake again for 10 min.<\/li>\n
        8. Let cool again for a while.<\/li>\n
