Ingredients

  • 500g Flower
  • 6g Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Tomatoes
  • Origano
  • Yeast
  • 350ml of water

Directions

  1. Mix flour and warm water and then add the yeast.
  2. Make it rest for 2/3hours then stretch out on a tray wet with oil.
  3. Make holes with your hands and then add tomatoes and oregano.
  4. Put in the oven until gets completely cooked and becomes “Gold”.

You can add any topping of your choices like olives, some ham, or Rosmarin

This recipe’s typical from the part of Italy where I live and it reminds me of “family” cause’ it’s very common to find it at your grandpa’s house or to eat it on a Saturday evening with friends and family.
